Approx. 6&#8242; x 13.&#8217; 2010-12.<\/p>\n<p>The entire quilt was sewn by hand. I embroidered three versions of the poem onto the quilt, &#8216;erasing&#8217; the previous version with a steel wool brush. The poem was an answer to a question: what would a fisherman make on the last voyage, when there are no more edible fish left in the sea, only jellyfish?
